Many thanks to Nat Arem and his team at hookgrip for the world-class video and photographs he’s taken over the years of Invictus athletes on the platform. The new Invictus Masters Off-Season Cycle starts this Monday, November 2nd! With this new cycle, you’ll be able to subscribe on a month-to-month basis for just $39 a month! November’s focus will continue to emphasis on building foundational strength (specifically overhead strength) and aerobic capacity. We’ll also focus on foundational gymnastics skills to create a base from which to build volume upon going into the Open. Sign up link goes up on Friday – stay tuned for more details!
